Your Ravelle Set is ready to ship and does not require a made-to-order production period.

Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for processing and preparation. Your order will then be shipped via USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days after shipment.

Because The Emberveil is designed in a unique one-size-fits-most silhouette, we do not accept returns or refunds due to fit, sizing preference, styling preference, or change of mind. Please carefully review the product description and details before purchasing.

Each garment is individually handcrafted, and natural variations in the fabric, beadwork, texture, and finish are part of the character of a handmade piece.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect each garment before it leaves our studio. In the rare event that your Emberveil arrives damaged, defective, or significantly compromised during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage.

2. If the issue is determined to be eligible for a replacement, you will be asked to ship the original garment back to us.

3. Once the returned garment has been received and inspected, we will send you a replacement Emberveil at no additional cost, subject to availability.

4. If a replacement is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available resolution.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged through improper care, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

Please Note

We want every Emberveil to arrive safely and beautifully. Because each piece is handcrafted, minor variations in bead placement, fabric texture, color, and finish are not considered defects and are part of the handmade nature of the garment.

The Emberveil is handcrafted from a delicate silk and wool blend and finished with intricate hand-applied beadwork. Please handle with care to preserve its shape, texture, and embellishments.

Washing

• Hand wash only.

• Wash in very cold water.

• Use a natural, gentle soap or mild detergent formulated for delicate fabrics.

• Never use hot or warm water. Heat can cause the wool fibers to shrink and may alter the garment's original shape.

• Do not bleach.

• Do not use harsh chemicals or aggressive detergents.

• Avoid excessive rubbing, twisting, or wringing, particularly around the beaded areas.

Drying

• Never place The Emberveil in a dryer.

• After washing, gently press out excess water without wringing or twisting.

• Hang to air dry naturally.

• Keep away from direct high heat while drying.

DO NOT machine wash. DO NOT use hot water. DO NOT tumble dry. DO NOT bleach.
